What about me?

So often we forget about ourselves taking care of loved ones and forgoing ourselves on Life’s Totem Pole. Taking care of your skin is so vital for such as time as this.

Skincare- having a good skincare regimen that produces results. Choose a skincare products that are free of chemicals. Don’t strip your skin and dry it out with products that cause more damage to the skin. 

Meditate- Daily meditation is good for the soul. You’ll find you are more creative than you imagined when you take time to meditate.


Journal- keeping a journal and looking back at where you come from will put a smile on your face. Trust me you’ll look back and laugh or maybe even cry of how far you come from that day of adversity.

Laughter- I know this sounds so cliche, but it is so true. Laughter is medicine for the soul. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t try to laugh. 

Finally, saying No to the non-important issues which may arise and try to overtake you. Focus on what’s important which is YOU!
