5 Quick Tips For Gorgeous Summer Skin

1. Cleanse and moisturize skin before going to bed. Dirty skin will harm your skin. 

2. Apply a SPF 30 at minimum which blocks UVA and UVB rays. 

3. Hydrate with plenty of water. 

4. Indulge in fresh fruits and greens. A diet rich of Vitamin C and low sugars promotes radiant skin.
